GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

• Prices are subject to change according to demand.

• I have the right to refuse any order for any reason.

• The sketches you send will be watermarked and, even if the service is not finalized, the sketch/advance may not be used by the client as an idea, reference, inspiration to another designer or artist.

PAYMENT

• For book cover designs, commissions can be paid 100% in advance or split 50% in advance and 50% before submitting the final design.

• For illustration commissions, the remaining 50% will be paid upon submission of the approved sketch.

• The payment method for international clients is by PayPal in US dollars.

• The price always includes the commission.

• For national clients (residents in Peru) payment is by bank transfer (mobile/app banking) in soles or US dollars, PayPal, you can also pay by Yape. In case of paying in soles, the original price will be converted from USD to soles with a slight discount.

PROCESS AND DELIVERY

• The time it takes to finish your order varies from 1 week to 1 month (working days) depending on factors such as health, complexity of the ordered piece, other commissions and seasons.

• Orders begin to be placed according to the moment the payment is made. Example: once the first order is sent, the next order is placed and so on in order of receipt of payment.

• If the client wants the design in a shorter time than estimated or has a very close deadline, he/she will have to pay an extra charge which will vary. Therefore, I recommend placing your order in advance to prevent it.

• Once the piece is finished, you will receive the full resolution image. Please note that there is no physical product.

REVISIONS

• You get four rounds of changes to your commission (illustration, bookcover) which are included in the price.

• A fee will be added if you want something changed in the final design/illustration, unless there was a misunderstanding on my part.

• If you want something changed in the drawing or design (bookcover) that you have previously approved, I will charge a fee. The amount of the extra charge depends on the change you want me to make and is generally based on an hourly rate.

ATTRIBUTION

• The client acknowledges Austrova as the intellectual creator of the design by attributing to it, in a mandatory way, the credits either in its online platform story, eBook, printed book, social networks, among others. For example:

SERIES/SAGA DISCOUNT

• There is a 10% discount for book series with 2 books or more. Valid only for sagas or series, not stand-alone books.

CANCELACIÓN Y POLÍTICA DE REEMBOLSO

• The client is not allowed a refund once work has begun on the commission.

• The client will know the start date on which the work will begin. In case of cancellation of the service after the date, 50% will be refunded if the total amount has been paid at the beginning and if only half of the amount has been paid, no refund will be allowed because the resources used during the process have been covered.

• You must communicate the cancellation and request the refund via email or private message on Instagram. I will not accept to pay any request by PayPal as the only means of communication.

• If you request a Paypal chargeback at any time when you were not allowed to request a refund, you will lose all rights mentioned above on the commissioned piece and I will have all the right to obtain additional earnings in any way. In addition, you will be blacklisted.
